RIVALDO is a tetraploid variety with a lot of good arguments. It performs well regarding the total dry matter yield and the yield in the first cut. This is combined with a very good rust resistance. For its excellent persistence RIVALDO is marked by the North-West German Landwirtschaftskammer with an "M" for special suitability for growing on peat soils.
