The NEGEV variety is very dense growing and forms a very fine scar. It is a very early maturing Festuca trachyphylla variety. Due to early growth start, NEGEV has the ability to close the scar faster than other varieties at the beginning of vegetation.
With limited resilience but long stamina in occasional drought and heat, Negev is one of the best varieties of its kind.
