The cover crop mix for sugar beet cultivation

Profile

TerraLife®-BetaMaxx 50 is a diverse cover crop mixture created for the use before sugar beets. It includes deep-rooting species, that create deep channels enhancing a facilitated root penetration for the following beets. This supports the beets in overcoming dry periods. Moreover, the mixture's components contribute to the creation of fine plant residues. This simplifies the preparation of the soil for the drilling of the main crop. Since BetaMaxx 50 does not contain cruciferous plants, it can also be used in oilseed rape crop rotations. 

TerraLife®-BetaMaxx 50 is unsuitable for the biological control of Heterodera schachtii (in this case, we refer to TerraLife® BetaSola).

The legume content is below 50 %. For less legumes: TerraLife®-BetaMaxx 30
