Ideal for late sowing and cool regions

Profile

The cover crop mixture CoolSeason targets late cover crop drilling periods and the use in cooler regions. It contains species that emerge and develop quickly, covering the ground and suppressing weeds even in late drilling windows. Some components are winter hardy. This preserves nutrient uptake and root growth until spring and beyond. The mixture can penetrate the soil intensively due to its deep-rooted species such as winter forage rape, radish and linseed. This helps to build soil structure and enrich the soil with organic matter. Its legume share contributes to a more narrow C/N ratio as well as nitrogen fixation. CoolSeason can also be used as wild life mixture and for grazing purposes.
