BALTAS is a diploid, early meadow fescue variety. It is a very promising meadow fescue with top marks, from the german Federal Plant Variety Office in the characteristics: suspectibility for winter damage, sward density and dry matter yield first cut. In summary BALTAS is a stable and high-yielding variety.
