We proudly present the latest results of our turfgrass varieties in the STRI Table 2019 of BSPB. Once again we have made it to the top!
With four of our turfgrass varieties of the species Lolium Perenne, DSV is at the top of the BSPB in the table sports uses. Our varieties Europitch, Eurodiamond, Eurocordus and Eurosport received an excellent award, especially in the categories live ground cover, shoot density and fineness of leaf. These characteristics perfectly complement the strengths of Lolium Perenne and offer an excellent green area for every stadium.

 

Most of all we would like to highlight the results of our two fine fescues varieties Ramona and Eurocarina. These two turfgrass varieties of the species Festuca rubra commutata are among the top 3 of the best turfgrass varieties in STRI table “greens” again and perform within the Top 5 very well under lawns conditions as well. Both show excellent results in shoot density characteristic and are therefore particularly suitable for ornamental turf uses and professional greens. In addition, Festuca rubra commutata has a very good resistance to drought, which is also an important property in turfgrasses after last summer 2018.
Our strong breeding, based on the market requirements is always getting further. It enables us to offer our customers a wide range of top turfgrass varieties for every occasion.
