PICARO (M)

Perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne)

Persistence and yield

Maturity Groupearly
Ploidydiploid

The special advantage of PICARO is its high persistence. With top-marks for this characteristic, PICARO belongs to the best varieties of the early perennial ryegrasses. A very high sward density and an "M" for suitability for peat soils in Germany complete this important aspect. In combination with good yields, the variety is a good option especially for the establishment of new swards and reseeding of grassland areas.
