Participations
DSV holds a strong position in the German market and is also represented in most European countries, as well as North America, Canada, South America (Chile and Argentina) and some Asian countries. DSV holds shares in several well known foreign companies and works with them in breeding and marketing of varieties. A network of testing facilities distributed across different climatic regions enables DSV to breed and test new varieties adapted to various climatic conditions.

DSV is an active member of professional organisations like the German Plant Breeder’s
As-sociation (BDP), the German Federation of Plant Breeders (GFP), the German Society for
Agriculture (DLG) and the Association for Promoting Oil and Protein Plants (UFOP).
DSV is an individual member in the European Seed Association (ESA) and is also represented by
the national association in the International Seed Federation (ISF).
